Plots near the sea (the coastal hinterland)
Land in the first row from the beach costs hundreds of zł per meter and is subject to the restrictions of the coastal protection belt. Ten to fifty kilometers inland the same area looks completely different: powiat kołobrzeski, gryficki, kamieński, sławieński and koszaliński (the Kołobrzeg, Gryfice, Kamień, Sławno and Koszalin counties) offer plots at a dozen or so zł per meter, so you drive to the coast for the beach and for shopping, and live in quiet the rest of the time.

Is such a plot suitable for holiday rental?
Often yes: a cabin of up to 70 m² on notification plus proximity to the sea and the lakes is the typical model. Check the intended land use with the specific listing.
