Plots near the sea (the coastal hinterland)

Land in the first row from the beach costs hundreds of zł per meter and is subject to the restrictions of the coastal protection belt. Ten to fifty kilometers inland the same area looks completely different: powiat kołobrzeski, gryficki, kamieński, sławieński and koszaliński (the Kołobrzeg, Gryfice, Kamień, Sławno and Koszalin counties) offer plots at a dozen or so zł per meter, so you drive to the coast for the beach and for shopping, and live in quiet the rest of the time.

In the coastal hinterland we have 25 działek, among others in the municipalities of Bobolice, Polanów, Siemyśl, Malechowo. Prices from 49 900 zł, median 71 500 zł, the 0% installment around 1 072 zł/month. It is a good compromise for people thinking about a holiday rental or a second home near the Baltic without coastal prices.
