Building plots for sale with a total area of 3 077 m², in the village of Ząbrowo, 18 km from Świdwin, in powiat świdwiński (Świdwin county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. The complex of plots no. 18/3, 18/4 and 18/5 forms a flat, grassy rectangle of approx. 48 × 82 m and adjoins along its entire eastern side the asphalt road running through the village. The village buildings stand on the other side of the road, while open fields and meadows extend to the west, so the view remains unobstructed. Ząbrowo lies in the north-western part of gmina Świdwin (municipality), between voivodeship roads no. 152 (to the south of the village) and no. 162 (to the east); the access to the village itself is by local roads. The historic monument of the village is the half-timbered church of St Stanislaus the Bishop from 1744, listed in the register together with its surroundings; the former estate is recalled by a neo-Baroque palace with a park, neglected today. The area is typically agricultural and forested: in the municipality, agricultural land covers approx. 64% of the area and forests approx. 27%.

Recreation:

The forest begins approx. 200 m from the plots, and a large, compact forest complex extends on the eastern side of the village. The nearest lake is approx. 600 m from the plots. This is a region of trout rivers: the Mołstowa, home to brown trout and also stocked with sea trout and salmon, has its source west of the village, and a few kilometres to the north-east flows the Pokrzywnica, a tributary of the Parsęta. In Świdwin there is the Bukowiec lake with a bathing spot, and it is approx. 52 km to the beaches of Kołobrzeg.
