Building plots for sale: a complex of plots no. 190/6 and 190/9 (cadastral district Strzelczyn) with a total area of 15 109 m² (1.51 ha), on the edge of the village of Strzelczyn in gmina Chojna (municipality), powiat gryfiński (Gryfino county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. The plots are sold together, as a single whole, and the price of 199 000 zł (PLN) covers the entire complex. The land is shaped like an elongated wedge (approx. 65 × 286 m), is flat, slightly undulating and used as a meadow; to the west and south it borders a forest, and to the north the village buildings begin. Each plot has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a single-family house (decision of 08.08.2025). The area lies in the buffer zone of Cedyński Park Krajobrazowy (Cedynia Landscape Park).

Location and access:

Strzelczyn lies approx. 8 km north-east of Chojna, on the asphalt county road linking Chojna via Rurka and Grzybno with Swobnica and Baniewice. The asphalt runs along the eastern boundary of the complex, and on the western side of the land runs an unpaved road. The village has a municipal bus connection with Chojna, with stops on site. In Chojna, national roads no. 31 and 26 (DK31 and DK26) cross, and there is also a railway station on line 273, the so-called Nadodrzanka (the Oder line), towards Gryfino and Szczecin. Via the bridge over the Oder (Odra) at Krajnik Dolny (DK26) you can drive to Schwedt in Germany without border checks.

Village and surroundings:

Strzelczyn is a quiet village with its own council (sołectwo), with approx. 290 inhabitants, of medieval origin: in the 13th century the local lands belonged to the Knights Templar, and after the dissolution of the order to the Knights Hospitaller. In the centre stand a timber-framed church from the late 18th century and a historic manor house from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries, and the village's main road is lined with old lime trees. There is a village community hall on site. On the village side, close to the complex, lies a small pond; beyond that, the complex is surrounded by fields, meadows and forest. The Rurzyca river, a tributary of the lower Oder, flows through neighbouring Rurka. Full facilities (schools, health clinics, offices, shops) are in Chojna.

Recreation:

A few kilometres to the north-east, beyond Grzybno, stretches a ribbon of connected lakes, Grzybno, Dłużec and Długie; on Lake Dłużec a bathing area operates in summer, and on Lake Długie there are sandy beaches in Swobnica and Baniewice with seasonal kayak and pedal boat rentals. In summer you will also find a lifeguarded bathing area on Lake Strzeszowskie in gmina Trzcińsko-Zdrój. History enthusiasts will be interested in the granite Templar chapel from the 13th century in Rurka and the 14th-century castle of the Knights Hospitaller in Swobnica, as well as the Gothic St Mary's Church (kościół Mariacki), the town hall and the medieval defensive walls in Chojna. Deeper in Cedyński Park Krajobrazowy await the viewing tower on Zwierzyniec hill (167 m above sea level) and the Dolina Miłości ('Valley of Love') park in Zatoń Dolna, along the Oder runs the Blue Velo cycling route, and on the German side of the river stretches the Lower Oder Valley National Park (Nationalpark Unteres Odertal).

There is currently no local zoning plan (MPZP). Each plot has a zoning decision (WZ) for the construction of a detached single-family house.
