Building plots for sale: a complex of adjoining plots with a total area of 4 865 m² on the edge of the village of Starzyce, 5 km from Chociwel, in powiat stargardzki (Stargard county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. Plots no. 120/61, 120/62, 120/63, 120/64 and 120/65 form a single strip measuring approx. 60 × 129 m, between an unpaved road to the east and the wall of the forest along the western boundary. The land is flat, even and mown, with a view of fields and groups of trees on the other side of the road.

Location and access:

Starzyce lies in Pojezierze Ińskie (the Ińsko Lakeland), approx. 4 km south-east of Chociwel and approx. 24 km from Stargard. Less than 3 km from the village runs national road no. 20, which via Stargard and the S10 expressway takes you to Szczecin (approx. 53 km in a straight line). Chociwel has a railway station on line 202 with regional trains towards Stargard and Szczecin. The bus stop is approx. 400 m from the plots.

Village and surroundings:

Starzyce is a quiet village with its own council (sołectwo) and just under 300 inhabitants, first recorded in the 14th century (formerly Woltersdorf). From the former estate a manor park of approx. 13 ha has survived, laid out at the beginning of the 19th century in the landscape style, with old oaks and beeches. On site there is a shop (approx. 400 m from the plots) and a playground, on the other side of the road single buildings and gardens, and further on the loose development of the village. The primary school, public offices and larger shops are in Chociwel.

Recreation:

Approx. 2.5 km north of the plots lies Lake Starzyca, a ribbon lake with an area of approx. 59 ha and a length of approx. 3 km. On its southern shore there is a beach and tennis courts, and a hotel with a restaurant operates in the building of the former school. The lake is a zander fishery, and the water is managed by the local branch of the Polish Angling Association (PZW). The Krąpiel river flows through the lake, and along it, within the municipality (gmina), stretches the Dolina Krąpieli nature and landscape complex (approx. 271 ha). Forests take up one third of the area of the municipality, and part of it lies within Iński Park Krajobrazowy (Ińsko Landscape Park), where white-tailed eagles, wolves and European bison live. The municipality also plans to develop a recreation zone on Lake Starzyca, including a campsite, jetties and cycle paths.
