Building plots for sale, a complex of four adjoining plots with a total area of 4 446 m², in the village of Piasek, in gmina Cedynia (municipality), powiat gryfiński (Gryfino county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. They form one strip of land measuring approx. 37 × 137 m; the terrain is flat, currently grass after crops, with a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) issued for single-family residential development. Piasek is a former fishing village on the right bank of the Odra (Oder) river, within Cedyński Park Krajobrazowy (Cedynia Landscape Park), next to the compact forest complex of Puszcza Piaskowa.

Location and access:

An asphalt road runs along the front of the plots, and next to them stand the village's new single-family houses. It is 13 km to Cedynia and approx. 19 km to Chojna; Chojna has a railway station on line 273 Szczecin - Wrocław and a junction of national roads DK26 and DK31. The nearest crossing to Germany is the Krajnik Dolny - Schwedt bridge over the Odra on DK26, reached from Piasek by a direct county road; the crossing is made without border checks. By car it is approx. 70 km to Szczecin and approx. 85 km to Berlin by the shortest route via the border crossing in Osinów Dolny.

Village and surroundings:

Piasek has medieval origins (first mentioned in 1270) and approx. 440 inhabitants. The village has a neo-Gothic brick church from 1865, listed in the register of historic monuments, a lime-tree avenue preserved along the main road, and also a primary school and a volunteer fire brigade (OSP) station. The development is loose, single-family and farmstead: on the other side of the road the village houses with the forest in the background, to the west open fields and meadows, and right next door new houses, including some with photovoltaic installations. Basic services and the municipal office are in Cedynia, fuller facilities in Chojna; Osinów Dolny has a large cross-border shopping hub with markets and supermarkets, and just across the Odra there are shops and a shopping centre in Schwedt.

Recreation:

The forest begins approx. 600 m from the plots, and approx. 1.3 km from them flows a side arm of an old Odra riverbed (oxbow); the village lived from fishing for centuries, and the municipality promotes the Odra and its backwaters among anglers and water tourists. In the area: the Bielinek nature reserve with the only natural site of the downy oak in Poland (approx. 6 km), the Czarny Bocian (Black Stork) observation tower on Zwierzyniec hill (167 m above sea level) in the Wzgórza Krzymowskie hills, the Dolina Miłości (Valley of Love) in Zatoń Dolna and Góra Czcibora hill near Cedynia, commemorating the battle of 972. The Blue Velo cycling route runs along the Odra, and on the German side of the river stretches the Lower Oder Valley National Park (Nationalpark Unteres Odertal).
