A complex of four neighbouring building plots in the village of Piasek on the Odra (Oder) river, in gmina Cedynia (municipality), powiat gryfiński (Gryfino county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. Plot 305/4 has already been sold; three building plots for sale remain (305/5, 305/6 and 305/7), with a total area of 4 145 m². The available plots form one compact site measuring approx. 57 × 77 m: flat, mown, with single mature pines and birches, no clearing needed. The front adjoins an asphalt road, and the rear boundary meets a wall of pine forest. The site lies within Cedyński Park Krajobrazowy (Cedynia Landscape Park). Each plot has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a single-family house.

Location and access:

The plots lie on the edge of the village: asphalt access right up to the front, scattered single-family houses and farmsteads on the other side of the road, and an unpaved road along the side boundary leading towards the forest. It is 13 km to Cedynia and 15 km to Chojna. A direct county road leads from Piasek to Krajnik Dolny, where the bridge over the Odra (DK26) takes you without border checks to the German town of Schwedt. From the border crossing in Osinów Dolny beyond Cedynia it is 66 km to the centre of Berlin.

Village and surroundings:

Piasek is a former fishing village of medieval origin (first mentioned in 1270), situated on a side arm of an old Odra riverbed (oxbow), next to the compact forest complex of Puszcza Piaskowa. Approx. 440 people live here; the village has a primary school and a volunteer fire brigade, and a lime-tree avenue has been preserved along the main road. There is also a neo-Gothic brick church from 1865, listed in the register of historic monuments. Full facilities (offices, shops, health centres) are in Cedynia and Chojna, and the border village of Osinów Dolny with its markets and supermarkets attracts customers even from Berlin.

Recreation:

Puszcza Piaskowa is approx. 63.5 km² of compact forest, entirely within the boundaries of Cedyński Park Krajobrazowy; the unpaved road at the plot boundary leads straight in among the trees. Approx. 6 km to the south-west, near Bielinek, lies the Bielinek nature reserve, which protects forest-steppe plant communities and the only natural site of the downy oak in Poland. The Odra and its backwaters are a destination for anglers and water sports; the Blue Velo cycling route (Odrzańska Trasa Rowerowa, the Oder Cycle Route) runs through the area, and on the German side stretches the Lower Oder Valley National Park (Nationalpark Unteres Odertal). Near Cedynia is Góra Czcibora hill with a monument to the battle of 972 and a view over the Odra valley.

There is currently no local zoning plan (MPZP). Each plot has a zoning decision (WZ) for single-family residential development (decision dated 28.10.2024).
