Four building plots for sale as one complex, with a total area of 10 615 m² (approx. 1.06 ha), in the village of Piasek, 13 km from Cedynia, in powiat gryfiński (Gryfino county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. Plots no. 164/3, 164/4, 164/5 and 164/7 form an elongated strip of approx. 65 × 196 m, and access to the road runs over plot no. 164/6. The terrain is flat, a mown meadow ready for development without any clearing, in a glade surrounded by the woods of the Puszcza Piaskowa forest, within the boundaries of Cedyński Park Krajobrazowy (Cedynia Landscape Park). Each plot has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for single-family residential development.

Location and access:

Piasek lies on the right bank of the Odra (Oder) river, next to the compact forest complex of Puszcza Piaskowa. Local roads lead to the village from Bielinek, Lubiechów Dolny, Łukowice and Krzymów, and a county road connects Piasek with Krajnik Dolny, where the bridge over the Odra (DK26) takes you to the German town of Schwedt without border checks. In Cedynia you can join voivodeship road DW124 towards the Osinów Dolny - Hohenwutzen border crossing, the one closest to Berlin: from the border to the centre of Berlin it is 66 km. The bus stop in the village is approx. 900 m from the plot.

Village and surroundings:

Piasek is a former fishing village of medieval origin (first mentioned in 1270), situated on a side arm of an old Odra riverbed (oxbow), today with approx. 440 inhabitants. The village has preserved a neo-Gothic brick church from 1865, listed in the register of historic monuments, a lime-tree avenue along the main road and a fire station from the 1920s. There is a primary school and a shop in the village, both approx. 1 km from the plot. Full facilities (offices, health centres) are in Cedynia and Chojna. The plot's neighbourhood consists of single farmsteads on the other side of the road and open fields, with no dense development.

Recreation:

A wall of pine forest begins just beyond the road next to the plot, and the village is surrounded by the woods of Puszcza Piaskowa (approx. 63.5 km², entirely within Cedyński Park Krajobrazowy). The Odra and its backwaters attract anglers and water sports enthusiasts. Approx. 6 km to the south-west, near Bielinek, lies the Bielinek nature reserve with forest-steppe plant communities and the only natural site of the downy oak in Poland. The Blue Velo cycling route (Odrzańska Trasa Rowerowa, the Oder Cycle Route) runs through the area, and on the German side of the river stretches the Lower Oder Valley National Park (Nationalpark Unteres Odertal).
