Building plots for sale, four adjoining parcels (no. 212/4, 212/5, 212/6, 212/7) with a total area of 11 821 m² (approx. 1.18 ha) in the village of Kowalki, 9 km from Tychowo, in powiat białogardzki (Białogard county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. The complex forms a rectangle of approx. 85 × 147 m and adjoins the road along its entire northern boundary. Each plot has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a single-family residential building. All around there are open fields and meadows, with no buildings in the immediate neighbourhood and the wall of the forests of the Tychowo Forest District (Nadleśnictwo Tychowo) on the horizon.

Location and access:

Kowalki lies approx. 6 km east of Tychowo, between the villages of Warnino and Czarnkowo, away from the main routes. By car it is approx. 10 km to the centre of Tychowo (approx. a quarter of an hour), approx. 33 km to Białogard on roads DW167 and DW163, approx. 45 km to Koszalin via Tychowo and the S11 expressway, and approx. 55 km to Szczecinek on the S11 and DK11. A dirt and gravel road leads to the site; a section of a cobbled forest road of the Tychowo Forest District, open to public traffic, has also survived in the area.

Village and surroundings:

Kowalki is a quiet village with its own council (sołectwo) with just under 200 inhabitants, a former fief of the von Kleist family, granted to them in 1546 and parcelled out among local farmers in the first half of the 19th century. Its most valuable monument is the half-timbered church from the 16th century, today a filial church of St Stanislaus Kostka, with a square tower, a bell from 1574 and a Baroque pulpit, entered in the register of monuments. 19th-century cottages have survived in the village, a volunteer fire brigade (OSP) is active and the municipality is building a combined fire station and village community hall. Everyday shopping and the full range of shops (including Biedronka and Dino) are in Tychowo, the seat of the municipality; the hospital, secondary schools and the railway junction (the Gdańsk-Stargard and Szczecinek-Kołobrzeg lines) are in Białogard, the county town.

Recreation:

Gmina Tychowo is heavily wooded, forests cover approx. 55% of its area, mainly pine forests with an admixture of spruce, rich in forest berries, mushrooms and game. Between Kowalki and Nosibądy rise the springs of the Liśnica, a tributary of the Parsęta; further along its course the river valley is protected by the Dolina Rzeki Leśnicy nature reserve, established in 2024. In Podborsko, in the western part of the municipality, lies Lake Dobrowieckie Wielkie with a bathing area and a campsite. The Parsęta is a well-known canoeing route and a fishing water for sea trout and salmon, and in Tychowo itself you can see Trygław, the largest erratic boulder in Poland. The nearest beach on the sea is in Mielno, approx. 55 km away.
