Building plots for sale: a complex of adjoining plots nos. 292/1, 292/2, 292/3 and 292/4 with a total area of 8 729 m² (0.87 ha) on the edge of the village of Policko, 2 km from Resko, in powiat łobeski (Łobez county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. Each plot has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a single-family house. The site forms a green, gently undulating strip with overall dimensions of approx. 56 × 191 m: on one side it adjoins new single-family houses with gardens, on the other it opens onto fields with a view of the wall of the forest.

Location and access:

Policko lies right next to Resko, approx. 2 km from the centre of the town. Resko is situated on voivodeship road no. 152, which in Płoty connects with a junction of the S6 expressway (Szczecin - Gdańsk); the S6 route itself runs approx. 10 km from Resko, and the nearest railway station is in Płoty as well. By car it is approx. 23 km to Gryfice, 24 km to Łobez and approx. 90 km to Szczecin. An unpaved road branching off the asphalt estate street leads to the plots.

Village and surroundings:

Policko has an unusual origin: it came into being at the end of the 19th century as a town field of Resko (German: Stadtfeld) and until 1968 formally belonged to the town. Today it is a quiet, villa-like area with growing single-family development; new houses stand next to the plots and more are under construction. The village is the seat of a village council (sołectwo) and has a water mains network. Everyday facilities are provided by Resko: the town office, a culture and sports centre, a Gothic church, today a Marian sanctuary, and a Classicist town hall from 1841. County offices and larger schools are in Łobez.

Recreation:

The municipality (gmina) lies in Dolina Regi (the Rega valley), which is covered by a protected landscape area and the Natura 2000 network; the river flows through Resko, approx. 2 km from the plots. The Rega is a popular canoeing route, and trips run from Świdwin via Łobez and Resko all the way to Mrzeżyno on the Baltic Sea. Forests cover approx. 45% of the area of the municipality (pine, birch, oak, beech). By Lake Dobrzyca (approx. 11 km), which is a designated quiet zone, there is a municipal beach with a pier and a campsite, and anglers catch bream, perch and pike here. The sea beach in Mrzeżyno is approx. 50 km by road.
