Building plots for sale: a complex with a total area of 14 060 m² (1.4 ha) on the edge of the village of Trzechel, 15 km from Nowogard, in powiat goleniowski (Goleniów county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. The plots lie in a single row along a separated internal road, on flat, grassy ground; a row of young birches grows along the complex, and closer to the village there are clumps of trees and shrubs. On the village side stands the first line of houses, to the west and north there are open meadows and fields, and on the horizon a wall of forest. Each plot has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a single-family house.

Location and access:

It is approx. 15 km to the centre of Nowogard (approx. 17 min by car), approx. 27 km to Goleniów and approx. 44 km to Szczecin in a straight line. You join the S6 expressway Szczecin - Gdańsk at the junctions of the Nowogard bypass (Nowogard Zachód and Nowogard Wschód). Local roads lead to the village itself, and voivodeship road no. 106 towards Nowogard runs through neighbouring Błotno and Karsk.

Village and surroundings:

Trzechel is a village with its own council (sołectwo) and approx. 220 inhabitants, set away from busy routes. In the village stands the neo-Gothic church of St Catherine from 1872, built of granite blocks and brick and entered in the register of monuments; there is a parish and a village community hall on site, where fairs and events for residents are held. Along the eastern part of the village flows the Trzechelska Struga, a tributary of the Wołczenica. Full facilities (schools, clinics, offices, a district hospital) are in Nowogard.

Recreation:

One of the forest ranges of Nadleśnictwo Nowogard (the Nowogard forest district) is called Trzechel; within its boundaries lies Trzechelska Brzezina, a 'użytek ekologiczny' (a small protected natural site), which protects wetlands and the breeding grounds of amphibians and birds. The forest district manages the eastern part of Puszcza Goleniowska, a compact forest complex of approx. 630 km² dominated by pine and home to roe deer, wild boar, cranes, white-tailed eagles and red kites, among others. In the Wołczenica, into which the stream from near Trzechel flows, roach, perch and brown trout are caught, and sea trout also occurs there. In Nowogard the lake reaches the very centre of the town: a walking and cycling loop approx. 7 km long runs around it, and on the shore there is a recreation centre with a municipal beach. The nearest point on the sea is Dziwnów, approx. 45 km by road.
