Complex of 7 building plots for sale with a total area of 8 284 m² (0.83 ha), in the village of Kłosów, 7 km from Mieszkowice, in powiat gryfiński (Gryfino county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. The plots range from 891 m² to 1 533 m², and the whole complex stretches along the municipal road for approx. 196 m, with a width of up to approx. 84 m, narrowing towards the forest. Location and access:

Kłosów lies on the Kurzyca river, south of Mieszkowice. No national or voivodeship road runs through the village, so there is no through traffic here. The road junction is in Mieszkowice: national road DK31 (Szczecin - Kostrzyn nad Odrą) and voivodeship road DW126 towards Gozdowice and Siekierki on the Odra (Oder). The railway station is there too, on line no. 273, with direct Polregio trains towards Szczecin and Kostrzyn nad Odrą. The entrance to the complex itself is from the municipal road (plot no. 315).

Village and surroundings:

Kłosów is a small village with its own council (sołectwo), with approx. 180 inhabitants, mentioned as early as 1337. In the centre of the village stands a Gothic church from the first half of the 14th century, built of field stone and granite ashlars, with a wooden tower, and a manor complex with a park from the 19th century has also been preserved in the village. There is a village community hall on site. New single-family housing is already being built next to the complex. Everyday amenities are in Mieszkowice (approx. 3 300 inhabitants): chain shops, including Biedronka and Dino, a primary school named after Mieszko I, and public offices. The town has medieval origins (chartered in 1295), fragments of defensive walls with towers, and lies on Jezioro Mieszkowickie.

Recreation:

The forest starts just beyond the boundary of the complex: walks, mushroom picking and bicycle rides along forest roads from your doorstep. Gmina Mieszkowice is part of the Cedynia Landscape Park (Cedyński Park Krajobrazowy), with the forests and hills of the Odra valley and nine nature reserves. The nearest lake is Jezioro Mieszkowickie, right by the town. In Moryń there is Lake Morzycko, one of the deepest in Poland, with a municipal bathing area supervised in summer and the Aleja Gwiazd Plejstocenu (Avenue of Pleistocene Stars), part of a cross-border geopark. The Blue Velo cycling route runs along the Odra, and the Kurzyca, on which the village lies, flows into the Odra near Czelin.
