Building plots for sale in a complex in the village of Rurka, 5 km from Chojna, in powiat gryfiński (Gryfino county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. The plots, from 824 to 1 453 m² each, lie in a single row along an asphalt county road, on an open, mostly flat clearing surrounded by pine forest, approx. 1 km from the village centre. The plots adjoin county road no. 1374Z from Chojna towards Banie. The same road carries the red Szlak Nadodrzański hiking trail (144 km) from Mieszkowice via Cedynia and Chojna to Szczecin. The centre of Chojna is 5 km away (approx. 8 minutes by car), and the Chojna railway station on line 273 Szczecin - Wrocław is 4 km away. From the station there are direct regional trains to Gryfino, Szczecin and Kostrzyn nad Odrą. The junction with national road no. 26 is approx. 5 km from the plots, and via the bridge over the Oder in Krajnik Dolny (17 km) you reach the German town of Schwedt (21 km). Since 2025, gmina Chojna (municipality) has run its own bus service covering every locality in the municipality, including Rurka. Szczecin approx. 73 km, Berlin approx. 127 km.

Village and surroundings:

Rurka is a village of approx. 160 inhabitants on the Rurzyca river, a tributary of the Oder; the river flows approx. 1.2 km from the plots. Almost 40% of the village area is forest, within the reach of the Nadleśnictwo Chojna forest district. The most valuable monument is the 13th-century Templar chapel built of granite ashlars, consecrated in 1248, a remnant of a commandery taken over by the Knights Hospitaller in 1329 (private property, can be viewed from the outside). The village also has the neo-Gothic St. Joseph's church from the 19th century and a listed manor house with a park. The primary school is in Grzybno (7 km), there is a grocery shop in Barnkowo (approx. 3.5 km), and Chojna, a town of approx. 7 300 inhabitants, offers full facilities: a kindergarten, schools, a health centre, pharmacies, supermarkets, offices and banks. The old town of Chojna features the Gothic St. Mary's church with a 102.5 m tower, the town hall, the Świecka and Barnkowska gates and the town walls.

Recreation:

The plots are surrounded by pine forest, with several unnamed water bodies nearby (the nearest approx. 750 m away). The nearest named lake, Lądko, lies approx. 1.7 km from the plots. West of Chojna are the Wzgórza Krzymowskie hills in the Cedyński Park Krajobrazowy, with a viewing tower on Zwierzyniec (167 m above sea level, the highest point of the Pojezierze Myśliborskie lakeland). On the Oder in Zatonia Dolna there is the historic landscape park Dolina Miłości. In summer there are lifeguarded bathing areas: on Jezioro Strzeszowskie, the largest lake in gmina Trzcińsko-Zdrój (14 km), and on Morzycko in Moryń (20 km), one of the deepest lakes in Poland. For cyclists: the Trasa Pojezierzy Zachodnich route via Chojna and Trzcińsko-Zdrój and Blue Velo (the Oder cycle route), both approx. 8 km from the plots. On the German side of the Oder stretches the Lower Oder Valley National Park (Nationalpark Unteres Odertal), and Schwedt (21 km) has the Oder-Center shopping centre with over 60 shops.
