Building plots for sale: a complex with a total area of 19 173 m² (approx. 1.9 ha) in the village of Długie in Pojezierze Ińskie (the Ińsko Lakeland), 8 km from Chociwel, in powiat stargardzki (Stargard county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. The regular plots no. 355/3, 355/4, 355/5, 355/6, 355/7 and 355/8 lie in a single row along an unpaved road with a row of trees, among fields and meadows on the edge of the village. The land is flat, a new single-storey house stands next door, and on the horizon you can see the church tower and the wall of the forest. Each plot has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a single-family house.

Location and access:

Długie lies between Chociwel and Ińsko, approx. 6 km south-east of Chociwel in a straight line (approx. 8 km by road). A county road runs through the village, and the bus stop and the shop are less than half a kilometre from the plots. Chociwel, situated on national road no. 20 (Stargard - Gdynia), has a station on railway line no. 202 with direct regional trains towards Stargard and Szczecin; the train journey to Szczecin usually takes about an hour. By car it is approx. 26 km to Stargard and approx. 55 km to Szczecin (from Stargard along the S10 expressway).

Village and surroundings:

Długie is a village with its own council (sołectwo) and approx. 270 inhabitants, founded during the colonisation of the 13th-14th centuries under the name Langenhagen; in 1478 its affiliation with the Wedel family of Chociwel was confirmed. In the centre stands the late Gothic church of St Anne, built of fieldstone and brick (15th/16th century), with a tower added in 1892 and a bell from 1598; it is this tower that can be seen on the horizon from the plots. A neoclassical manor house from the 1870s has also survived, and a primary school operated in it until 1998. Settlement here goes back to antiquity: a cemetery of the Jastorf culture was discovered just outside the village, and approx. 3 km further on lies an early medieval stronghold (grodzisko). The village is the seat of a parish, and there is a volunteer fire brigade and a branch of the library. Everyday shopping and services are in Chociwel (a small town of approx. 3 000 inhabitants on Lake Starzyca), full facilities in Stargard.

Recreation:

The village area is covered by the Natura 2000 site Ostoja Ińska, and to the east, towards Ińsko, stretches Iński Park Krajobrazowy (Ińsko Landscape Park) with six nature reserves; white-tailed eagles, wolves and European bison live here (the latter reintroduced since 2008). Lake Ińsko (596 ha, up to 42 m deep) is famous for its clean water, in Ińsko there is a municipal beach with a jetty and a seasonal bathing area, and from the observation tower with a terrace at 25 m you can see the lake and the park. The nearest lake lies approx. 2.4 km from the plots. Approx. 2 km east of Chociwel, on the edge of the park, lies Lake Kamienny Most, and the largest body of water in the area is Woświn (approx. 810 ha), valued by anglers. Forests cover approx. 33% of the area of the municipality (gmina) and are managed by the Dobrzany Forest District (Nadleśnictwo Dobrzany).

There is currently no local zoning plan (MPZP). Each plot has a zoning decision (WZ) for the construction of a detached single-family house together with the necessary technical infrastructure (decision of 24.03.2023).
