A complex of building plots for sale in Obrębizna near Turek, in gmina wiejska Turek (the rural municipality), powiat turecki (Turek county), Greater Poland Voivodeship, western Poland. The plots, with areas from approx. 900 to approx. 1 900 m², form a compact strip along a shared internal road, approx. 1.6 ha in total, directly next to a large pine forest. The site is flat, partly overgrown with young self-seeded pine and birch. Each plot has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for the construction of a single-family house, and new detached houses already stand in the neighbourhood.

Location and access:

Obrębizna lies just outside Turek, approx. 5 km from the town centre, and an unpaved road leads to the site. National roads no. 72 (Konin - Łódź) and no. 83 (towards Sieradz) run through Turek, as does voivodeship road no. 470 to Kalisz. You can reach the Koło junction on the A2 motorway (towards Poznań and Warszawa) in approx. half an hour.

Village and surroundings:

Obrębizna is a growing suburban village with approx. 300 inhabitants, a number that has risen by more than 60% since the end of the 1990s. Around the plots there are meadows, fields and scattered development: new single-family houses with gardens, some with photovoltaic installations. The nearest shop is approx. 2 km from the plots, the school and the bus stop approx. 4 km away. Turek provides the full range of facilities: a county hospital, secondary schools (including the Kościuszko general secondary school), the county administration office (starostwo) and other public offices.

Recreation:

A pine forest begins directly at the plots, good for everyday walks, and the nearest body of water lies approx. 2 km away. A dozen or so kilometres to the south-east, in gmina Przykona, the Przykona reservoir was created on reclaimed post-mining land: approx. 140 ha of water, sandy beaches, jetties, angling spots and conditions for windsurfing, with extensive forests all around. In Turek itself it is worth seeing the classicist town hall from 1872 with the town museum and the neo-Gothic church with polychrome decoration and stained-glass windows by Józef Mehoffer. The plots are approx. 27 km from Uniejów, the first thermal spa town in Poland, with saline thermal baths and a 14th-century castle.

The site has no local zoning plan (MPZP). Each plot has a zoning decision (WZ) for the construction of a single-family residential building.
