Two adjoining building plots for sale with a total area of 2 457 m², on the edge of Siemyśl, the seat of the municipality (gmina) in powiat kołobrzeski (Kołobrzeg county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland, 8 km from Gościno and approx. 19 km from Kołobrzeg. The complex forms a regular quadrangle (approx. 47 × 62 m) on flat, open ground among fields and meadows, with access along a field track running beside a row of old trees. Each plot has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a single-family house.

Location and access:

Siemyśl lies on Równina Gryficka (the Gryfice plain), on the county road Rościęcino - Rzesznikowo, at a junction of local roads. To Kołobrzeg you drive north, to Rościęcino on the approaches to the town, where voivodeship roads 162 and 102 meet and from where it is close to the S6 expressway (Goleniów - Koszalin). The bus stop is approx. 1 km from the plots; in 2026 powiat kołobrzeski finalised a contract for a new bus line Kołobrzeg - Rymań, which is to give the residents of the municipality regular transport to schools, doctors and work in Kołobrzeg.

Village and surroundings:

Siemyśl is the seat of the municipality with approx. a thousand inhabitants and basic facilities on site: a primary school named after the Polish Nobel laureates, a health centre, a pharmacy, the municipal office, a culture centre with a library, shops, a sports hall and an Orlik sports pitch, all within approx. 2 km of the plots. The village has medieval origins (first mentioned in 1214); a neo-Gothic church of St Stanislaus Kostka from 1866 with a Gothic bell from the 15th century, a manor house from 1863 with a park and a 19th-century mill have survived. The immediate neighbourhood of the plots is a single farmstead and fields; right next to them, behind the trees, lies a small pond, and approx. 0.5 km north of the village buildings flows the river Dębosznica.

Recreation:

Gmina Siemyśl is the quiet, agricultural and forest hinterland of Kołobrzeg. Next to the village lies the protected ecological site Mszary Siemyślskie, a refuge for water and marsh birds, and the most attractive part of the municipality is considered to be the area around the ribbon lake Kamienica near Dargocice (approx. 2.5 km long, depth approx. 12 m), with beech and oak and pine forests on its shores. Asphalt cycling paths run through the municipality along the embankments of a former narrow-gauge railway (57 km in total in five municipalities, with rest stops along the way); a branch from Gościno leads via Charzyno towards the coast. The nearest place on the sea is Kołobrzeg, a spa town with sandy beaches and a pier: approx. 20 km by road.
