Building plots for sale with a separate internal road, with a total area of 19 151 m² (approx. 1.9 ha), in the village of Redło, approx. 11 km from Połczyn-Zdrój and approx. 14 km from Świdwin, in powiat świdwiński (Świdwin county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. A zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a single-family house has been issued for each plot. The plots range from 653 to 1 301 m², each with a share in the internal road (plot no. 59/17, 2 663 m²). The site is close to a square in shape (approx. 154 × 198 m), flat to gently undulating; the northern part of the complex directly adjoins the wall of the forest. Around it are open fields and meadows with scattered buildings, the river Mogilica flows approx. 135 m from the site, and its tributary, the Grudzianka, runs through the village itself.

Location and access:

Redło lies on voivodeship road no. 152, roughly halfway between Świdwin and Połczyn-Zdrój. The DW152 section Świdwin - Połczyn-Zdrój has been thoroughly rebuilt (handed over in December 2024): the carriageway was widened to 7 m, pedestrian and cycle paths were built, and in Redło itself a roundabout was made at the junction with the county road. The complex lies on the edge of the village, next to residential buildings. Access is from the voivodeship road (plot no. 250/2) via internal municipal roads (plots no. 245 and 59/4), and inside the site along the complex's separate internal road (plot no. 59/17). The bus stop is approx. 500 m away. It is approx. 72 km to Koszalin and approx. 138 km to Szczecin.

Village and surroundings:

Redło is one of the largest villages in gmina Połczyn-Zdrój (municipality) and has nearly a thousand inhabitants. On site there are a primary school named after John Paul II, a village community hall, grocery shops (the nearest approx. 900 m from the plots) and a neo-Romanesque parish church from 1859. The area is agricultural in character: on the other side of the road there is single-family housing and individual farmsteads, and a larger farm with silos and sheds operates nearby. Shopping and public offices are in Połczyn-Zdrój and in the county town of Świdwin.

Recreation:

Połczyn-Zdrój is a spa town with a tradition of more than 300 years, with peat-mud ('borowina') and mineral water treatments and a historic Park Zdrojowy (spa park) of approx. 80 ha, with an amphitheatre, ponds and a rose garden. South of the town begins Drawski Park Krajobrazowy (the Drawsko landscape park) with several dozen lakes, including Lake Drawsko, the second deepest in Poland. On the DW163 towards Czaplinek lies the nature reserve Dolina Pięciu Jezior (Valley of Five Lakes), where the Drawa has its source; a nature trail (approx. 5 km) has been laid out around the lakes, and the area is called Szwajcaria Połczyńska (the Połczyn Switzerland). The forests around Redło are managed by Nadleśnictwo Połczyn (the Połczyn forest district): undulating terrain with forest cover of more than 40%. Approx. 11 km to the south in a straight line lies Lake Resko Górne (approx. 50 ha), a fishery for roach, bream, perch and pike.

There is no local zoning plan (MPZP). A zoning decision has been issued for each plot for a detached single-family house with the necessary technical infrastructure.
