Location and access:

The plots lie approx. 1.6 km from the centre of the village, in a part of the cadastral district known locally as Czyżkowski Młyn, outside the compact built-up area. Entrance from the municipal road (plot no. 134) via an internal road (plot no. 232/4); an overhead power line runs along the access road. It is 9.3 km to Lipka, the seat of the municipality, with the operating Lipka Krajeńska railway station and voivodeship road no. 188 (DW188, Piła - Człuchów). The nearest town is Debrzno (14.4 km), and the county town of Złotów with its hospital is 24 km away.

Village and surroundings:

Wielki Buczek is a village with its own council (sołectwo) in Krajna Złotowska, and since 1656 the seat of the Holy Trinity parish. In the centre of the village stands a historic half-timbered church from 1729-1734, founded by Adam Stanisław Grabowski, later a bishop, with a wooden bell tower from 1739 and a bell from 1625. The village has a community centre with the Krajniacy folk ensemble and a volunteer fire brigade with a tradition of more than a hundred years. The plots are surrounded by farmland and scattered farmstead buildings, with no industry. A primary school, a kindergarten, a nursery, a cultural centre, a library, a sports hall and an Orlik multi-sport pitch are in Lipka; the county hospital is in Złotów.

Recreation:

The Dolina Łobżonki i Bory Kujańskie Protected Landscape Area, established in 1989, is a mosaic of forests, meadows and wetlands along the Łobżonka valley. Approx. 1 km from the plots flows the Stołunia, a tributary of the Łobżonka, and the Łobżonka itself, a canoeing river, flows approx. 1.5 km from here: the canoe trail starts at Werski Most (approx. 5 km by road) and leads via Czyżkowski Młyn all the way to the confluence with the Noteć. The nearest lakes: Leśne Jezioro approx. 2.2 km, Stary Wersk approx. 2.8 km and Juchacz (53 ha) approx. 3.1 km from the plots. In summer you can use the supervised bathing area on Lake Borówno in Kujanki (approx. 17 km): a sandy beach, a jetty and water sports equipment rental.

Each plot has a zoning decision (WZ) for the construction of a single-family residential building together with the necessary technical infrastructure (decision of 15.07.2025).
