Complex of building plots for sale with a total area of 7 294 m², on the edge of the village of Czyżkowo in gmina Lipka (municipality), powiat złotowski (Złotów county), Greater Poland Voivodeship, western Poland, in the Krajna Lakeland (Pojezierze Krajeńskie). Plots no. 125/1, 125/2, 125/3 and 125/4 range from just under 900 m² to almost 3 400 m², and a separate internal road (plot no. 125/5) leads into the complex. Each plot has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a single-family house (decision of 6.08.2026). Together they form a rectangle measuring approx. 68 × 118 m: land farmed until now, in the last line of village development, with houses on the opposite side of the road and open fields to the north and east.

Location and access:

Czyżkowo lies in the north-eastern part of powiat złotowski, approx. 2.5 km from the border with the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. You drive onto the plots from the municipal road (plot no. 132) via plot no. 125/8 or by the internal road of the complex. Lipka, the seat of the municipality, is approx. 9 km away (a quarter of an hour by car); voivodeship road no. 188 from Piła via Złotów to Człuchów runs through Lipka, and a footpath and cycle path opened in 2023 runs along the Lipka to Debrzno-Wieś section. The Lipka Krajeńska station lies on railway line no. 203 (the former Prussian Eastern Railway Tczew - Kostrzyn nad Odrą), with regional trains towards Chojnice and Piła, among other destinations.

Village and surroundings:

Czyżkowo is a quiet village in the historical region of Krajna, with approx. 240 inhabitants and a linear street-village layout dating back to the 15th century. It was formerly called Szyszkowo and around 1580 belonged to Piotr Potulicki, the voivode of Płock. The village has a filial church of the parish in Wielki Buczek, and the sołectwo (village with its own council) takes part in the Wielkopolska Odnowa Wsi (Greater Poland Village Renewal) programme. The Łobżonka flows through Czyżkowo, in its upper course still a small stream, which further on grows into a 76-kilometre river flowing into the Noteć. Shops, a primary school, a kindergarten, a nursery, a community centre and the municipal office are in Lipka; the full range of county facilities, including a hospital, is in Złotów. Debrzno is close as well, a small town with town rights since 1354, with preserved defensive walls and towers.

Recreation:

The site lies in the Dolina Łobżonki i Bory Kujańskie Protected Landscape Area, and beyond a belt of meadows on the south-eastern side the forest begins. The surrounding stands of the Lipka Forest District (Nadleśnictwo Lipka), part of the Bory Krajeńskie (Krajna Forests), are mainly pine with an admixture of oak and beech. The nearest lakes lie to the east: the shallow Juchacz (approx. 68 ha) approx. 3 km in a straight line and Lake Lutowskie (over 100 ha, up to 12 m deep) approx. 5 km away, already within the Krajna Landscape Park (Krajeński Park Krajobrazowy). Near Debrzno there is Lake Żuczek with a municipal bathing area and a holiday centre, a fishing ground for pike, zander and eel. The red cycling route of powiat złotowski, 184 km long, runs through Lipka.
