Building plots for sale with a total area of 5 746 m² (approx. 0.57 ha) in the village of Mieszałki, in gmina Grzmiąca (municipality), powiat szczecinecki (Szczecinek county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland, 15 km from Tychowo. Within a radius of approx. 10 km run voivodeship roads no. 169 (the Tychowo area) and no. 171 (Bobolice - Barwice). By car it is approx. 35 km to Szczecinek, which has a bypass forming part of the S11 expressway.

Village and surroundings:

Mieszałki is a quiet village with its own council (sołectwo) in gmina Grzmiąca, with approx. 230 inhabitants. The buildings are loosely scattered: individual homesteads, brick houses and outbuildings, with no industry in the surroundings. The village has a neo-Gothic church from 1884-1885, built of stone and brick, and a village community hall. The municipal office and the railway station are in Grzmiąca, and the full urban facilities (a hospital with an emergency department, an indoor swimming pool, a cinema) are in Szczecinek. Forests cover approx. 35% of the municipality's area and are famous for bilberries and mushrooms.

Recreation:

The municipality lies in the valley of the upper Parsęta, a river with a natural, meandering channel valued by anglers, and the Natura 2000 bird site Ostoja Drawska has been designated in the area around the village. To the south stretches the Pojezierze Drawskie lake district with Lake Drawsko, the second deepest in Poland. Połczyn-Zdrój (approx. 30 km) is a spa town with a tradition of over 300 years and a historic spa park (Park Zdrojowy) covering approx. 80 ha, and on the road from Połczyn-Zdrój to Czaplinek lies the Dolina Pięciu Jezior nature reserve (Valley of Five Lakes), where the river Drawa has its source. Szczecinek has a promenade with a pier on Lake Trzesiecko, and in season bathing areas and a cable water-ski lift, one of the longest in Europe. The nearest seaside is Mielno, approx. 60 km away.
