A complex of building plots for sale, with a total area of 11 518 m² (approx. 1.15 ha), on the edge of the village of Głodowa, 5 km from Bobolice, in powiat koszaliński (Koszalin county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. The site, approx. 98 × 228 m and narrowing towards the east, adjoins an asphalt road, and a lake lies approx. 150 m further on. Each plot has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a single-family house, and the village has its own access point to the S11 expressway towards Koszalin and the sea.

Location and access:

Głodowa lies on the former main route of national road no. 11 Koszalin - Bobolice. Through traffic has been taken over by the parallel S11, and the village has gained its own expressway junction (opened in September 2023) at the intersection with voivodeship road no. 169 towards Tychowo. By car it is approx. 5 km to Bobolice and approx. 35 km to Koszalin. The bus stop is approx. 400 m from the plots.

Village and surroundings:

Głodowa is an old church village, mentioned as early as 1492, today a quiet village with its own council (sołectwo) in gmina Bobolice (municipality), with approx. 200 inhabitants. The monuments of the village are a stone church with neo-Romanesque features from the 17th century and a palace park from the first half of the 19th century. On site there is a village community hall, and by the former national road a restaurant with a motel, approx. 600 m from the plots. Shops, a pharmacy, a school and a kindergarten are in Bobolice (approx. 4 km). The immediate neighbourhood of the complex consists of meadows and fields with belts of trees, without dense development; part of the site is overgrown with young trees.

Recreation:

A lake lies approx. 150 m from the complex. In Głodowa there is a commercial angling fishery on a reservoir of approx. 7.5 ha, known mainly for carp and grass carp, in which pike, zander and catfish also swim. Slightly more than a kilometre from the plots, the river Chociel, a left tributary of the Radew, meanders among moraine hills. Nature reserves lie in the forests of the Bobolice Forest District (Nadleśnictwo Bobolice), including the lobelia lakes Jezioro Szare and Jezioro Piekiełko as well as Łąki Bobolickie in the Chociel valley. The nearest way to the Baltic Sea is to Mielno, approx. 55 km; in season there are supervised bathing areas there.
