Description
A complex of four adjoining building plots for sale, with a total area of 5 253 m², in the 'kolonia' (outlying settlement) of the village of Dargikowo, 7 km from Białogard, in powiat białogardzki (Białogard county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. The land forms a single compact area, roughly square in shape (approx. 86 × 102 m), flat, covered with grass, with single trees. Each plot has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a single-family house. To the west and south there are open fields, and on the eastern side, beyond the road, a belt of forest. In the neighbourhood there are only single homesteads and no compact built-up area.
Location and access:
You can reach the centre of Białogard in just over ten minutes, among other routes along the county road through Pomianowo, renovated in 2025. In the opposite direction the same road leads out onto voivodeship road no. 167 and further onto the S11 expressway, so Koszalin is approx. half an hour by car (approx. 32 km). Białogard is a railway junction with direct trains to Koszalin, Kołobrzeg, Szczecin and Poznań, among others. The bus stop in the village is approx. 600 m from the plots.Village and surroundings:
Dargikowo is a small, quiet village with its own council (sołectwo) in gmina Białogard (municipality), with approx. 130 inhabitants, surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The village is supplied by a group water mains, there is a playground with an outdoor gym on site, and a local curiosity is the small-leaved lime avenue, a natural monument. A primary school, a branch of the library and the volunteer fire brigade (OSP) operate in neighbouring Pomianowo (approx. 3 km), and the nearest shop is approx. 2.6 km from the plots. Full facilities are provided by the county town of Białogard: a hospital, secondary schools and offices.Recreation:
In Dargikowo itself there is an agritourism farm with a stable, riding lessons and rides around the area. The eastern cycling and walking trail around Białogard has been routed through the village. The Parsęta flows through Białogard, known to anglers for sea trout and salmon and at the same time a canoe route running all the way to Kołobrzeg (the popular Białogard-Karlino section, approx. 16 km).
