Agricultural plots for sale with a total area of 13 265 m² (approx. 1.33 ha), in Dargikowo, 8 km from Białogard, in powiat białogardzki (Białogard county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. Plots 363/1, 363/2, 363/3 and 363/4 form a strip of approx. 53.5 × 280 m laid out along the edge of a forest: a mixed forest, mainly pine with an admixture of birch, adjoins the land from the east, while to the west an open view over fields extends. The terrain is flat and even, covered with grass, with no buildings within sight.

Location and access:

Dargikowo lies approx. 3 km east of Białogard in a straight line, approx. 8 km by asphalt road, a quarter of an hour by car via Pomianowo. Koszalin is approx. 32 km away, approx. half an hour: the route runs through Pomianowo to voivodeship road no. 167 and on to the S11 expressway. The county road from Białogard through Pomianowo is being upgraded as a more convenient access route to the S11: the Białogard-Pomianowo section was completed in 2025, and the last section towards Zaspy Małe is to be ready in 2026. Białogard is a railway junction with trains towards Kołobrzeg, Koszalin, Szczecin and Szczecinek, as well as long-distance connections.

Village and surroundings:

Dargikowo is a small village with its own council (sołectwo), with approx. 130 inhabitants, set in a landscape of fields, meadows and forests. A small-leaved lime avenue designated a natural monument grows in the village, a half-timbered house and barn have survived, there is a playground with an outdoor gym and also a bus stop. The nearest facilities are in neighbouring Pomianowo, approx. 3 km away: a primary school, a branch of the municipal library and a volunteer fire brigade (OSP) unit; the nearest shop is approx. 2.8 km from the plots. The full facilities of the county town, including a hospital, secondary schools and offices, are in Białogard.

Recreation:

On site, in Dargikowo, there is an agritourism farm with the Leonardo stable: riding lessons, rides around the area and trips to the sea. Two trails around Białogard run through the village, a hiking trail and a combined cycling and walking trail. The Parsęta flows through Białogard, navigable by canoe on an easy section down to Kołobrzeg and valued by anglers; in autumn sea trout and salmon enter the river. The nearest seaside is Mielno, approx. 35 km by road.

Planning status:

This is agricultural land, soil class RIVb. No zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) has been issued for the plots and no local zoning plan (MPZP) applies here. You can apply for a zoning decision yourself at the gmina (municipality) office; anyone can submit the application, not only the landowner. Today the land is suitable for crops, a meadow, an orchard or your own piece of greenery by the forest.
