Four adjoining building plots for sale with a total area of 4 994 m² in the village of Drzonowo, 13 km from Biały Bór and approx. 19 km from Szczecinek, in gmina Biały Bór (municipality), powiat szczecinecki (Szczecinek county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. Location and access:

Drzonowo lies on national road no. 20 (DK20, Stargard - Szczecinek - Gdynia), which gives quick access to Biały Bór and Szczecinek. In Biały Bór the DK20 crosses the DK25, so from here you can conveniently head both towards the coast and inland (Człuchów, Bydgoszcz). Szczecinek has a bypass forming part of the S11 expressway, which is being extended further towards Koszalin. Approx. 1 km east of the village is the Drzonowo railway stop on the Piła - Ustka line, with regional trains towards Szczecinek and Słupsk (check the timetable for current services), and Szczecinek is a railway junction with direct connections to Poznań, Piła and Kołobrzeg, among others.

Village and surroundings:

Drzonowo is a small village with its own council (sołectwo) of approx. 200 inhabitants, of medieval origin, founded in 1378. The village buildings lie on the south-western shore of the lake Jezioro Drzonowskie, and right by the water, surrounded by maples, stands the neo-Gothic parish church of the Holy Cross from 1883. The village has a primary school, a village community hall, a post office and a bus stop; according to the municipal village renewal plan, the whole village is connected to water mains and the sewer system. Full facilities (offices, a hospital with a 24-hour emergency department, an indoor swimming pool, a cinema) can be found in Szczecinek.

Recreation:

Jezioro Drzonowskie (approx. 15 ha, up to 5.5 m deep) lies right next to the village. The signposted Ukryte Jezioro cycling route runs through Drzonowo, a loop of approx. 34 km from Biały Bór through the surrounding villages and forests; forests cover almost half of the municipality, part of which belongs to the Natura 2000 site Ostoja Drawska. In Biały Bór there is a town beach on the lake Bielsko (approx. 260-270 ha) and the Stado Ogierów stud farm (stallion depot) with long-standing equestrian traditions. In Szczecinek, on the lake Trzesiecko, there is a town park with a promenade and a pier, a water tram, a cycling route around the lake (14.5 km) and a water-ski cable lift over 1 km long, one of the longest in Europe.
