Building plots for sale, forming a complex of plots in the village of Białogórzyno, 12 km from Białogard and approx. 18 km from Koszalin, in powiat białogardzki (Białogard county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. The plots form a single row on flat, open terrain: a strip of approx. 40 × 231 m with a total area of 8 986 m², with a separate internal road (plot no. 432/10) along the northern boundary. Each plot has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a detached single-family house. All around are fields and meadows, with a few new houses in the neighbourhood, a wall of forest in the background, and less than a kilometre to the east the valley of the Radew river.

Location and access:

The village lies between Kościernica and Nosówko, on the Nosowo-Białogórzyno-Pomianowo county road. The county road linking Nosówko with Kościernica underwent a thorough renovation completed in 2023: a widened roadway, footpaths and bus bays. By car it is approx. 12 km to Białogard and approx. 18 km to Koszalin via Nosowo; in Koszalin you can join the S6 bypass and the S11 route. Approx. 4 km from the plots is the Nosówko railway stop on the Gdańsk-Stargard line, with regional trains towards Koszalin, Białogard, Słupsk and Szczecin, among other destinations.

Village and surroundings:

Białogórzyno is a village with its own council (sołectwo) of medieval origin (first mentioned in 1276), with approx. 400 inhabitants. Its most valuable monument is the half-timbered church from 1838, listed in the register of historic monuments. On site there are a shop, a village community hall, a volunteer fire brigade unit and a bus stop with services to Białogard. The primary school is in nearby Pomianowo. The full facilities of the county town are in Białogard: a hospital, schools, offices and a railway junction with trains to Koszalin, Kołobrzeg, Szczecin and Poznań, among other destinations.

Recreation:

Less than a kilometre to the east flows the Radew, the largest tributary of the Parsęta, surrounded by forests along almost its entire length. Its valley is covered by the Natura 2000 site Dolina Radwi, Chocieli i Chotli (the valleys of the Radew, Chociel and Chotla rivers), and a canoe route runs along the river from Żydowo to Karlino. Further east, on the Radew, lies Lake Hajka, a dam reservoir: 92 ha of water among pine forests, with camping sites and beaches used for bathing and fishing. The forest begins approx. 900 m from the plots, and the nearest seaside is Mielno, approx. 25 km away.

There is currently no local zoning plan (MPZP). Each plot has a zoning decision (WZ) for the construction of a detached single-family residential building.
