Reservation
A reservation deposit of 4,000 zł holds the plot for you. The amount counts towards the purchase price.
Contract at the notary
We sign a preliminary or transfer-of-ownership contract. Everything is confirmed by a notarial deed.
Repayment in 0% installments
You repay in equal monthly installments over up to 5 years, interest-free. You can pay off early with no penalty.
Full ownership
After the last installment the plot is 100% yours. You can build from the first day after the transfer of ownership.

The installment is based on the amount after deducting the 10% own contribution (the reservation deposit is included). Notary costs are estimates (notary fee, 2% transfer tax, court fees, copies); the final amount is given by the notary.
