Call and plot selection
You call or write, we pick a plot and agree the terms: down payment and number of installments. No obligation.
Reservation
A reservation deposit of 4,000 zł holds the plot for you. The amount counts towards the purchase price.
Notarial deed
You sign the notarial deed and from that moment you own the plot. The installments are secured by a mortgage on the plot.
Repayment in 0% installments
You repay in equal monthly installments over up to 5 years, interest-free. You can pay off early with no penalty.
Plot free of encumbrances
After the last installment the mortgage is removed and the plot carries no encumbrances. You can build from the first day after signing the deed.

The installment is based on the amount after deducting the 10% own contribution (the reservation deposit is included). Notary costs are estimates (notary fee, 2% transfer tax, court fees, copies); the final amount is given by the notary.
