Three adjoining building plots for sale, with a total area of 8 349 m² (approx. 0.83 ha), in the village of Gosław, 10 km from Trzebiatów, in powiat gryficki (Gryfice county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. The complex forms one compact area approx. 80 m wide and approx. 147 m long: flat, open, covered with grass, with a few single trees and a natural belt of shrubs along one of the boundaries. All around are meadows and fields, with no buildings in the immediate neighbourhood, and a lake approx. 800 m away. Each of the plots has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a single-family house.

Location and access:

Gosław lies east of Trzebiatów, approx. 10 km from the town by car. A county road leads to the village from Gołańcz Pomorska, through which runs voivodeship road no. 102: in one direction to Trzebiatów, in the other to the Kołobrzeg Zachód junction on the S6 expressway. The Trzebiatów bypass, opened in 2022, takes seasonal coastal traffic out of the historic town centre, which makes trips to the sea easier in summer. The plots themselves are reached by an unpaved road running along the boundary of the complex.

Village and surroundings:

Gosław is a quiet village with its own council (sołectwo, approx. 270 inhabitants according to the 2021 census), known above all for the Romanesque church of Christ the King from the 13th century, counted among the oldest churches in Pomerania, with a stone and brick tower from the 15th century and a baroque cupola; a parish was recorded here as early as 1291. A single-storey manor house from the end of the 19th century has survived in the village, a village community hall is in operation, and Gosław is also the seat of a forest range (leśnictwo) of the Gryfice Forest District (Nadleśnictwo Gryfice). The shop and the bus stop are approx. 3 km away, and full facilities (schools, health centres, offices) are in Trzebiatów.

Recreation:

The nearest water is a lake approx. 800 m from the complex. The nearest way to the sea is to Mrzeżyno, approx. 15 km: a sandy beach with bathing areas supervised in season, a fishing port at the mouth of the Rega and a marina. Right next to it lies Rogowo, a small holiday settlement on a narrow strip of land between the Baltic Sea and Lake Resko Przymorskie. This stretch of coast is protected as the Natura 2000 site Trzebiatowsko-Kołobrzeski Pas Nadmorski. The Rega has a canoe landing in Trzebiatów, and the lower section of the paddling route leads all the way to the sea in Mrzeżyno. In Trzebiatów itself there is a medieval old town and a Gothic church with a tower of approx. 90 m with a viewing terrace, while Kołobrzeg (approx. 22 km) has a spa, a pier and a port.

Each plot has a zoning decision for a detached single-family residential building. The complex therefore allows up to three houses to be built next to each other, or one house with a large green area on the remaining land.
