Agricultural plot for sale, 17 662 m² (approx. 1.77 ha), in the village of Warszkówko, 5 km from Sławno, in powiat sławieński (Sławno county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. It is a regular rectangle measuring approx. 117 × 216 m, adjoining a surfaced road lined with a row of trees along its longer side. The land is open meadow, with a few clumps of trees and shrubs. On the other side of the road there is farmland, to the south meadows and stands of trees, and a forest complex nearby; there is no compact built-up area in the immediate neighbourhood.

Location and access:

Warszkówko lies approx. 5 km east of Sławno. A major transport advantage is the section of the S6 expressway Sławno - Słupsk opened in December 2025: the junction was built in neighbouring Warszkowo, approx. 2 km from the village, so you join the route towards Koszalin or the Tri-City (Trójmiasto) practically next door. Warszkowo lies on national road no. 6, and voivodeship road no. 209 towards Bytów also begins there. The nearest railway station is in Sławno, on the electrified line 202 Gdańsk - Stargard. It takes about half an hour by car to reach the sea, at Jarosławiec or Darłowo.

Village and surroundings:

Warszkówko is a small, quiet village (approx. 200 inhabitants) with 19th century origins, founded as a linear street village (Polish 'ulicówka') on land belonging to Sławno. The village is growing: between 1998 and 2021 the number of inhabitants rose by approx. 31%, and the age structure of the residents is young. On site there is a shop and a village community hall. A wider range of services is available in Warszkowo, the largest village in the municipality: a primary school, a parish church, shops and a bakery. Full services are provided by Sławno, the county town, which has held town rights since 1317, with offices, schools and a railway station; among its monuments are two Gothic town gates from the 15th century and St Mary's church from the 14th century.

Recreation:

The nearest lake lies approx. 1.5 km from the plot and the nearest river approx. 2.4 km (distances in a straight line). The Wieprza, considered one of the more beautiful rivers of Pomerania, flows through Sławno and has a canoe route: trips can start in Sławno, an easy section leads to Staniewice, and further on the river draws loops between wooded slopes, while before Darłowo the tower of the 14th century castle of the Dukes of Pomerania can be seen from the water. Approx. 11 km south-east of Sławno lies the Janiewickie Bagno nature reserve (approx. 162 ha), one of the best preserved raised bogs in Poland, with a relict site of cloudberry. On the coast there are Jarosławiec, with cliffs, a lighthouse from 1838 and an artificially built beach, and Darłówko with its port, promenade and unique retractable bridge.

Planning status:

Plot no. 140 (cadastral district Warszkówko) is agricultural land. No zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) has been issued for it. A zoning decision can be applied for independently at the municipality; the application may be submitted by anyone, not only by the owner of the land. Until then the land is suitable for agricultural purposes: for crops, a meadow or an orchard, and in the longer term, once a zoning decision has been obtained, as a place for a homestead.
