Building plots for sale: a complex with a total area of 19 319 m² (cadastral numbers from 300/5 to 300/19) on the southern edge of the village of Gostomin in gmina Radowo Małe (municipality), in powiat łobeski (Łobez county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. The newly divided plots range from approx. 750 to approx. 3 000 m² and form a strip approx. 490 m long along the municipal road running on a north-south axis. To the east the site borders a large forest complex, and on the western side of the road open fields stretch away with a wide view. Each plot has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a single-family house.

Location and access:

Voivodeship road no. 147 runs through Gostomin: in one direction via Radowo Wielkie to Radowo Małe and Łobez, in the other via Radzim to Wierzbięcin, where it joins the DW144. It is approx. 8 km to the seat of the municipality, approx. 19 km to the county town of Łobez, approx. 11 km to Resko and approx. 15 km to Nowogard with its junctions on the S6 expressway. It is approx. 60 km to Szczecin. The bus stop is approx. 300 m from the plots, and the railway station on the Szczecin - Koszalin line is in Łobez.

Village and surroundings:

Gostomin is a quiet village with its own council (sołectwo) and medieval origins, first mentioned as early as 1284. In the centre stands a half-timbered church from the end of the 17th century, entered in the register of monuments, and next to it a manor park from the beginning of the 19th century has survived, a remnant of the former estate. There is a village community hall in the village. The nearest shop is approx. 3.5 km from the plots, the municipal office is in Radowo Małe, and full facilities (schools, county offices, a sports hall) are in Łobez. The municipality has an agricultural and forestry character, without larger industrial plants.

Recreation:

A walk into the forest starts just beyond the boundary of the plots; the municipality promotes the surrounding woods, among them beech forests with old stands, and cycling routes. Approx. 0.6 km west of the village lies the small Jezioro Gostomińskie (Gostomin lake), and the Gostominka stream flows through the area, a tributary of the Ukleja, which is navigable for canoes. The whole area lies in the Rega basin, and the Rega itself is a popular canoeing route with launching points in Łobez among other places. In the municipality there is the peat-bog nature reserve Mszar nad jeziorem Piaski (bog by Lake Piaski) with the insectivorous sundew, and in Dobra the ruins of the Gothic castle of the von Dewitz family with the summer Jarmark Doberski fair.

There is currently no local zoning plan (MPZP). Each plot has a zoning decision (WZ) for a detached single-family house (decision of 11.09.2024).
