Location and access:

Czyżkowo lies in the north-eastern part of powiat złotowski, not far from the border between the Greater Poland and Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeships. Plot no. 129/9 directly adjoins the municipal road, and a separate internal road along the northern boundary of the complex leads to plots no. 129/10 and 129/11; the roads on site are unpaved. Lipka, the seat of the municipality, is approx. 15 minutes away (8.7 km). Lipka has the Lipka Krajeńska station on railway line no. 203 Tczew - Kostrzyn nad Odrą, where regional trains stop, and voivodeship road no. 188 from Piła via Złotów to Człuchów runs through the village. Debrzno is 13.8 km away (approx. 20 minutes), and the county town of Złotów approx. 40 minutes. The nearest bus stop is approx. 1.6 km from the plots.

Village and surroundings:

Czyżkowo is a quiet village (approx. 240 inhabitants) whose history goes back to the 15th century, with a preserved linear street-village layout and a filial church of the parish in Wielki Buczek; the sołectwo (village with its own council) takes part in the Wielkopolska Odnowa Wsi (Greater Poland Village Renewal) programme. The immediate neighbourhood of the complex consists only of scattered farmsteads on the opposite side of the road and fields to the east, so it is quiet. Gmina Lipka is typically agricultural: arable land covers approx. 62% of its area and forests 28%. In Lipka there are a primary school, a kindergarten, a nursery, a cultural centre and shops; the full range of county facilities, including a hospital, is in Złotów.

Recreation:

The Łobżonka flows through the village, here still a narrow, upper section of this 76-kilometre tributary of the Noteć. Approx. 3 km in a straight line lies the shallow Lake Juchacz (approx. 68 ha), and approx. 4.5 km away Lake Lutowskie, approx. 12 m deep, already within the Krajna Landscape Park (Krajeński Park Krajobrazowy). The surrounding forests of the Lipka Forest District (Nadleśnictwo Lipka) are mostly pine stands. The red cycling route of powiat złotowski (184 km) runs through Lipka, and a footpath and cycle path has been laid out along the voivodeship road between Lipka and Debrzno-Wieś. In Debrzno there are defensive walls with towers and Lake Żuczek with a holiday centre and a bathing area.

There is currently no local zoning plan. Each plot has a zoning decision (WZ) for the construction of a detached single-family house (decision of 1.10.2025).
