Seven adjoining building plots for sale (nos. 155-161) with a total area of 10 448 m² on the northern edge of the village of Rychówko, 13 km from Białogard, in powiat białogardzki (Białogard county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. Each plot has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a detached single-family house (decision of 23.06.2025). The plots range from 1 155 to 2 109 m² and are laid out in a single row approx. 285 m long, along an east-west axis. A separate internal road (plot no. 162) runs along the northern boundary and joins a municipal road on the east side. To the south the complex borders on a stand of trees and a field, to the north on meadows, beyond which the forest begins.

Location and access:

Rychówko lies approx. 13 km south-west of Białogard and approx. 3 km south of Rychowo, away from the main routes: no national or voivodeship road passes through the village. By car it is approx. 13 km to Białogard (a quarter of an hour), approx. 21 km to Karlino, approx. 29 km to Świdwin, approx. 42 km to Koszalin and approx. 51 km to Kołobrzeg. The nearest major road is the DW163 (Kołobrzeg - Karlino - Białogard - Połczyn-Zdrój), which takes you from Karlino to the S6 expressway. Białogard is a railway junction on the Gdańsk - Stargard and Szczecinek - Kołobrzeg lines, with connections to Koszalin, Kołobrzeg, Szczecin and Gdańsk; there is also a station in Karlino. There is a bus stop in the village.

Village and surroundings:

Rychówko (until 1945 Klein Reichow) is a small, quiet village with its own council (sołectwo) in gmina Białogard (municipality); the hamlet of Sińce also belongs to the sołectwo. Small-leaved limes and a small lake remain from the old park by the church, and in the northern part of the village there is a disused Evangelical cemetery. The surroundings are agricultural in character; residents raise cattle and grow raspberries. Approx. 3 km to the north, in neighbouring Rychowo, stands an eclectic palace from the late 19th century with a park of more than 8 ha. The full range of facilities (shops, a hospital, schools, public offices) is in Białogard.

Recreation:

The municipality describes the area around Rychówko as tunnel valleys among moraine hills, with meadows, deciduous forests and peat bogs; south-west of the village rise the Iwki (115 m above sea level) and Gawronie hills. The municipal cycling route “Krajobrazy i parki Gminy Białogard” (Landscapes and parks of Gmina Białogard) runs through the village, on the Sińce - Rychówko - Rychowo - Podwilcze section. Forests cover one third of the municipality, and its rivers, the Parsęta, the Radew and the Liśnica, are suitable for kayaking and are fishing grounds for sea trout, grayling and trout. The nearest point on the sea is Ustronie Morskie, approx. 51 km away.

The area is not covered by a local zoning plan (MPZP). Each plot has a zoning decision (WZ) for a detached single-family house (decision of 23.06.2025).
