Building plots for sale with a total area of 5 597 m², on the edge of Dargikowo, a village 8 km from Białogard, in powiat białogardzki (Białogard county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. The adjoining plots form a compact, flat area measuring approx. 83 × 136 m, covered with grass, with clumps of birches along the boundaries. All around there is an open landscape of fields and meadows, to the north-west a small copse, and the nearest houses stand on the other side of the local road.

Location and access:

Dargikowo lies approx. 3 km east of Białogard in a straight line; by road it is approx. 8 km, a quarter of an hour by car. A county road leads to the town through neighbouring Pomianowo; in recent years it has been thoroughly rebuilt in stages as a more convenient link between Białogard and voivodeship road no. 167 and the S11 expressway, and the section from Pomianowo to Białogard has already been renovated. Koszalin is approx. 32 km away, approx. half an hour by car. Białogard is a railway junction: lines towards Koszalin and Słupsk, towards Szczecin and towards Kołobrzeg and Szczecinek cross here, with direct trains to Koszalin, Kołobrzeg and Szczecin, among others. There is a bus stop in the village.

Village and surroundings:

Dargikowo is a quiet village with its own council (sołectwo) in the rural gmina Białogard (municipality), with approx. 130 inhabitants among fields, meadows and forests (forests cover approx. one third of the municipality's area). The pride of the village is a small-leaved lime avenue protected as a natural monument, together with surviving half-timbered buildings. There is a playground with an outdoor gym on site, and the village is supplied by a group water mains system. The nearest shop is approx. 2 km away. A primary school and a branch of the municipal library are in neighbouring Pomianowo (approx. 2.3 km), and a municipal nursery in Kościernica (approx. 5 km). The full facilities of the county town, including a hospital, secondary schools and offices, are in Białogard.

Recreation:

Two trails around Białogard run through the village: a hiking trail and a combined walking and cycling trail. Dargikowo also has an agritourism farm with a stable, riding lessons and horse rides around the area, including two-day rides to the sea. In Białogard the Parsęta is an easy canoe route (the popular Białogard - Karlino section is approx. 16 km long) and a fishing ground which sea trout and salmon enter for the autumn spawning; the river basin is protected as a Natura 2000 site. The nearest beach is in Mielno, approx. 35 km by car.

The land is not covered by a local zoning plan (MPZP). A zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) has been issued for each plot for single-family residential development. Agricultural land of soil classes RV and RIVb.
