Three adjoining building plots for sale with a total area of 4 948 m², on the edge of the village of Ostrowąsy, 5 km from Barwice, in powiat szczecinecki (Szczecinek county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. The complex is elongated along a north-south axis, approx. 156 m long and up to approx. 72 m wide. The terrain is open and gently undulating, among fields and meadows; just beyond the western boundary runs a belt of tall trees, and further on extensive forests. Location and access:

Ostrowąsy lies approx. 5 km north of Barwice, on a local asphalt road; the last stretch to the plots runs along an unpaved road. The neighbourhood consists of loose single-family and farmstead buildings, with farmland to the north. In Barwice there is a junction of the voivodeship roads DW172 and DW171. Szczecinek, approx. 29 km to the east, has a bypass forming part of the S11 expressway and a railway junction station with direct trains to Poznań, Piła and Kołobrzeg, among other destinations.

Village and surroundings:

Ostrowąsy is a village with its own council (sołectwo) with approx. 320 inhabitants and medieval origins: for centuries a fief of the von Zastrow family, later an estate of the von Heydebreck family. The Gęsia stream, a left tributary of the Parsęta, flows through the village. The half-timbered church of Our Lady of the Rosary has survived, in its present form dating from 1728 but of older origin, with a baroque altar and pulpit and a wooden bell tower beside it, as well as the remains of an 18th-century palace park with the ruins of the palace. Gardzka Góra with an early medieval hillfort rises 1.5 km to the west. There is a village community hall in the village, the bus stop is approx. 200 m from the plots, the nearest school approx. 2.5 km away, and the full range of everyday facilities is in Barwice.

Recreation:

Beyond the western belt of trees the forests begin, and small ponds are scattered across the open landscape around the village. Gmina Barwice (municipality) lies in the Drawsko Lakeland; the nearest larger lake, Koprzywno, is approx. 8-9 km from here, beyond Barwice, and a local speciality of the municipality is the traditional Koprzywno wholemeal bread (chleb koprzywieński). In Szczecinek there is a promenade on Lake Trzesiecko with a pier and a water tram, a water-ski cable lift, one of the longest in Europe, and in summer also municipal bathing areas. In the wider area there is the spa town of Połczyn-Zdrój with the historic Park Zdrojowy (spa park, approx. 80 ha), the Dolina Pięciu Jezior (Five Lakes Valley) nature reserve between Połczyn-Zdrój and Czaplinek, where the Drawa begins, and Lake Drawsko, the second deepest in Poland and the largest body of water of Drawski Park Krajobrazowy (Drawsko Landscape Park).
