Frequently asked questions
0% installments, no secrets
Are 0% installments really 0%?
Yes. The price is the same whether you pay in cash or in installments: no interest, commission or fees for spreading the payment. We earn from selling land, not from lending.
Buying without a bank, is it safe?
Every contract is concluded before a notary as a deed, and the installment schedule is part of it. The notary checks the land register and the plot's legal status before you sign anything.
What if I stop paying?
First we talk: extending the term or temporarily suspending an installment is possible. The rules for any withdrawal are written plainly in the notarial deed, with no fine print.
Can I pay off early?
Yes, at any time and at no extra cost. Paying off in full or in part speeds up the removal of the security.
Can I build right after signing the notarial deed?
Yes. The moment the notarial deed is signed you become the owner and can start the building formalities right away: apply for zoning conditions or a permit, utility connections and a design. The installments run independently and do not block construction, the plot is yours from day one.
Can I view the plot without an appointment?
Yes. Every listing includes GPS coordinates and a map, so drop by on a weekend whenever it suits you. And if something catches your eye, call: +48 605 33 33 59.
What is the minimum down payment?
Usually 10% of the plot price at the signing of the notarial deed, the rest is spread into installments. We state the exact amount with each listing.
Over how many years can the installments be spread?
Typically up to 5 years, that is up to 60 installments. The period is set individually, a shorter one means a higher installment, a longer one a lower one.
Do you check creditworthiness or credit history?
No. We do not check creditworthiness or credit history, because this is not a loan. What matters is the down payment and the notarial contract.
Who pays the notary costs?
The notary fees, taxes and land register entry are paid by the buyer, as required by law. We state them clearly before signing.
Can I buy a plot remotely, from another city?
Yes. Most formalities are handled remotely, and the notarial deed can be signed at a convenient notary office. We assist through the whole process.
Can I reserve a plot?
Yes. Just contact us by phone or email, we agree the reservation terms and a date for signing the notarial deed.
