Description
Three adjoining building plots for sale in Świeszewo, a quiet village in gmina Gryfice (municipality), powiat gryficki (Gryfice county), West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. Together with a fourth, separately designated road plot (internal access) they form a single strip with a total area of 4 808 m² and dimensions of approx. 46 × 124 m, among fields and meadows, with a belt of trees along the south-western boundary. Each of the three plots has a zoning decision (Polish 'warunki zabudowy', WZ) for a single-family house. It is approx. 30 km to the sea, to the beach in Rewal.
Location and access:
Świeszewo lies approx. 10 km south-west of Gryfice and approx. 10 km from Golczewo; it is approx. 15 km to Płoty, approx. 23 km to Kamień Pomorski and approx. 60 km to Szczecin in a straight line. A shop and a bus stop are within a short walk (approx. 600-700 m). The plots are reached by an unpaved road, in places with stretches of old cobblestones. The plots themselves are mostly flat and open, and the surrounding landscape is gently undulating.Village and surroundings:
Świeszewo is a typically agricultural village of approx. 300 inhabitants, stretching over approx. 2 km among the moraine hills of the so-called Wysoczyzna Świeszewska (Świeszewo Upland). The village's historic monument is a half-timbered church from 1696 with a free-standing tower, today the seat of the local parish; there is also a village community hall. Next to the plots there are scattered single-family houses and homesteads, including new houses, and nearby, among the trees, a small pond. Full facilities (schools, offices, a large specialist hospital) are in Gryfice.Recreation:
Approx. 3 km from the plots, by the neighbouring village of Kołomąć, lies the lake Jezioro Kołomąckie (33 ha), a ribbon lake of the tench-and-pike fishery type, surrounded by forests along most of its shoreline; its north-eastern shore has been developed for recreation (beach, jetties). The area is framed by wooded hills, including Góra Bukowiec (76.4 m above sea level), described as the highest in powiat gryficki. In Golczewo, situated between the lakes Szczucze and Okonie, stands the tower of the former castle of the bishops of Kamień, with a viewing point. On the coast, approx. 30 km from here, are the attractions of the Rewal coast: the lighthouse in Niechorze, the ruins of the church on the cliff in Trzęsacz, and the route of the tourist narrow-gauge railway Nadmorska Kolej Wąskotorowa runs from Gryfice to Pogorzelica. What you can build:
